Hi, I’m Steve, and I’m passionate about helping you stay active, healthy, and independent. I hold a Bachelor of Physical Education from the University of Alberta, where I specialized in Sport Performance. As a registered member of the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists (BCAK) and a BCRPA Personal Trainer, I bring a wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience to my practice.
Over the years, I’ve worked with clients facing diverse challenges, including scoliosis, heart transplants, and hip/shoulder/knee replacements. I take pride in designing personalized, one-on-one programs that focus on functional movement, range of motion, and improving overall quality of life. Whether you’re recovering from surgery, managing a chronic condition, or simply looking to regain confidence in your movements, I’m here to guide and support you every step of the way.
When I’m not working with clients you can find me on the beach playing volleyball or out exploring BC’s natural beauty. Whether it’s hiking, biking, paddleboarding, or kayaking, I believe in practicing what I preach—staying active and embracing life’s adventures. I’m also an avid field hockey player and am proud to be part of the Vancouver Hawks Field Hockey Club.
For me, fitness isn’t just about physical health; it’s about staying engaged with the activities and people that bring us joy. Let’s work together to help you thrive, no matter where you’re starting from.
